ANNOUNCENT:
Dear friends,
Since 2017, the Gold Alliance project has grown satisfactorily from a small group of friends to a very big group of friends. This has meant the complexity and needed resources have in line with it, to a point where we need to rethink the future of the project. For this reason, I would like to invite all of the reps to participate in a poll whereby you will be asked if you agree to the addition of a management fee on future events (e.g. an extra £20 per person for London).

These funds will be used to:
1. Cover extra expenses of the event
2. Hire a Junior Events Planner from 9am – 2pm for 6 months with the objective of overtaking the below projects that were on standby due to labour time and cost:
a. Coordinate the Senior Interclub (this idea started in 2020 – already has the endorsement of 8 clubs)
b. If feasible, organise a minievent in between the Young European Interclub Weekends for a desired segmented event (golf?, hunting? sailing?) – a constant request by members
c. If possible, make the Gold Alliance an association (obtaining EU funds for this has been discussed in the past – needs more time to be explored)
d. Expand the network to uncontacted clubs in Europe and outside Europe
e. Attempt to relaunch the Gold Alliance Magazine (explored this project in 2019)
